Natural Balance Foods already had a SharePoint environment (with Microsoft Office 365) in which they were looking to develop a modern intranet. Boasting the NBF branding, the intranet would play a key part in the daily running of the business.
Adepteq would need to design the intranet making it easily accessible, to suit all users.
Each department within NBF would have their own area of the intranet for collaboration, order processing and access to departmental calendars.
One of the key areas of the home page would feature contact to Human Resources and allow staff to nominate co-workers for excellence.

Adepteq delivered NBF’s SharePoint intranet using the modern platform. It was designed to allow staff to easily navigate through the site driven by tile navigation, to enable them to find relevant policies to their role and other useful information.
Amongst many other features requested, staff are now able to contact HR using a customised form, leave feedback for management and nominate an employee for excellence. External and internal staff can now easily replenish their stock by using the order processing Adepteq designed for them.
Adepteq provided user training for the new solution, attended by a leader from each department, the skills learnt can now be passed on to all other staff members. Admin staff are now fully trained to enable them to maintain the background functionality, with their knowledge, they can manage permissions for staff with ease.
