We revolutionised booking forms using automation, pre-populated data forms and developed permissions and roles with document types for those that needed them. Files and content are stored securely following the LGA’s strict compliance needs, as well as our solution’s simple design helping to improve navigation across the board with breadcrumbs, attention grabbing tiles and sensible menu navigation directing users to the sites and pages they require.
