Connect>MK wanted a system to track leads (via website, phone and walk-up), manage customers, and monitor payments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 was selected as the CRM platform mainly because of its flexibility to integrate with 3rd party systems and the fact it can be accessed via a web browser making it easy to deploy within the council without the need for complex supporting infrastructure.

The Challenge

To deliver  a solution with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in conjunction with Microsoft 365, which gives smaller companies and charitable organizations access to functionality previously only available to Enterprise organizations at a much higher price.

The Solution

The ConnectMK Solution is based on Small Business Server and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Leads from the website are automatically transferred into the system for follow-up via CRM web services and orders are automatically checked for service coverage before the transfer. Adepteq has also provided Wordplay integration to allow initial payments to be taken and direct debits. This is then reflected within the customer’s account on the CRM system.
