SharePoint is Microsoft’s fastest growing technology over the last 2 years.
With this in mind, Adepteq is now being engaged by clients who have installed and developed SharePoint themselves (or with another Microsoft partner) and are now looking for expert help and guidance to move to the next level and ensure they are making the most of their assets.
These clients usually have capable IT teams that only require SharePoint support when trying something new, or unusual problems arise. They find a “SharePoint Best Practice and Guidance” support agreement with Adepteq ensures their solutions are usually a quick call away.
Adepteq is typically engaged for a day to provide a high level due diligence review of the infrastructure and the SharePoint environment. We then provide you with a document outlining the current status of your environment as well as highlighting any potential significant issues and provide recommendations. This document then becomes the basis of our support agreement with you.
Ellacott's, Bedford School and Pearson VUE are good examples of Adepteq providing best practice and guidance support for an existing SharePoint environment based on MOSS. Adepteq are also working with South Kensington Estates to Support and Manage their existing SharePoint Online solution.
Knowledge transfer is key in most of our SharePoint support agreements, so providing IT professionals with the assistance they need to effectively maintain and develop your SharePoint environment is paramount. With this in mind we tend to provide the guidance to fix a problem or overcome an issue rather than remotely fix without your staff being involved.
Adepteq's Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists (MCTS) all have certifications in SharePoint technologies which enables Adepteq to professionally support SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 2.0 & 3.0, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 Standard & Enterprise and SharePoint Online. Adepteq are also working with SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010, so can provide assistance with migration and ongoing support.
All calls are logged on our SharePoint based Helpdesk, which is then used to provide customers with metrics and resolution information to add to their knowledgebase.
Support is provided by phone, with remote access to your SharePoint environment or by a SharePoint support expert attending site.
