After many requests from our customers for assistance when implementing new technology, adepteq have developed a new methodology for project delivery - Assisted Implementation and Assisted Pilots. Both of these methods have been very well received and have reduced risk in many of our projects.
Assisted Pilots
Many of our customers find implementing new technology a daunting prospect and find it difficult to visualise how the new solution will fit their organisation. By speaking to adepteq very early in the project cycle, you can implement a new platform in a reduced format, enabling your organisation to run workshops and training sessions to become familiar with the new solution before producing a plan for full scale roll-out. This method ensures that most risks and issues are identified at a stage where they can be overcome quickly and cost effectively.
Assisted Implementations
Having a system delivered by someone else may seem like a good idea, but what happens at the end of the project? Handover training is often not enough to ensure that the customer is truly self sufficient, which can cause a problem with user adoption.
Adepteq prefer to work with the customer from the very beginning of the project by forming a single project team and ensuring a continuous information exchange with the customer. At the end of our projects, our customers are more capable and far more confident with the solution.
Most customers are unable to create a 100% solid scope for solutions that they have no experience with but with our Assisted Implementations, can deliver solutions to their organisations in a more structured and confident manner, reducing the time and therefore, the cost of the project.
