IStructE have an unsupported SharePoint website that was developed by another Microsoft Partner that they have now fallen out with as it did not fully meet their requirements.
Following investigation on the web, IStructE contacted Adepteq as they had experience of supporting SharePoint and in particular SharePoint Websites. Adepteq then met IStructE to discuss their experience with other customers and how best to assist them with their immediate issues. The key to the engagement was the ongoing knowledge transfer to the internal staff to enable them to better maintain and manage the website.
Adepteq were engaged to spend 3 days on site at IStructE to work with the internal team to undertake a due diligence review of the website and provide a detailed document outlining the fixes achieved during the engagement, summary of our observations and recommendations.
The recommendations in the report have been reviewed and prioritised by IStructE and Adepteq has now been engaged to provide assistance with the Site Navigation and Structure, which will include SharePoint training for the internal team on managing the new structure.
Once the initial work has been completed IStructE will be able to do more with the site themselves and will only need a partner for advice or when development is required.
Please contact us or call 01296 468160 if you require similar assistance with your SharePoint solution.
