Our client was looking for an alternative solution to a local server and storage for all their existing documents. They chose SharePoint Online, part of the Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) hosted by Microsoft and proceeded to migrate their data into SharePoint with the assistance of a Microsoft partner. This process took a lot longer than anticipated and the partner could not offer the level of support required.
With this in mind Adepteq were contacted and we had an initial meeting where the current issues and training requirements were discussed. Adepteq provided a proposal for SharePoint Online Phone & Remote Support, Due Diligence review of the current site collections, SharePoint Site Administrator Training and SharePoint User Training (specific to the client).
As part of the proposal Adepteq agreed to resolve all the existing issues and manage the on-going administration of the service with Microsoft on behalf of our client.

Adepteq have been working with the internal team to resolve the existing issues and improve the user experience when working with SharePoint Online.
Recommendations are being made for refining the current process for document management within SharePoint and how the customer can take advantage of other aspects of SharePoint Online to increase productivity and collaboration.
Our customer is now looking at how the other components of the BPOS solution will benefit them, with their Exchange environment likely to be the next service moved into the Cloud.
