Adepteq have succesfully completed an HR project at FREEDOM4 using Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to provide document control and a variety of HR related custom workflows.
After working with FREEDOM4 on the ConnectMK project, Adepteq were given the opportunity to develop and implement this SharePoint project. We achieved this by organising a workshop at FREEDOM4 from which we provided a full scope of works with fixed costs and agreed timescales, all of which were met.
The solution has enabled FREEDOM4 staff to have controlled access to the HR document library and fully automated both abscence management and induction into easy to use Intranet forms and procedures.
