Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index 2011

The Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index is a fast and effective survey solution that helps us understand and act on customer feedback.

We are particularly pleased with our performance against the partner average for Ease of Doing Business, Quality of Sales, Quality of Support and Value Received.  

Participation in the CSAT Index is required to attain or renew our Microsoft Competencies, Cloud Accelerate Partner and Small Business Specialist accreditations. Adepteq must then participate in the CSAT Index once every 12 months to maintain our competencies.
